Juice Benefits

A common question we receive is about the benefits of each juice. Well, you asked and we delivered! Below is a list of five of our favorite juices and what benefits come along with the ingredients used to make each juice. With the opening of our store just around the corner, we will be sharing more juice benefits in the coming weeks.

(kale, apple, cucumber, ginger, lime)

This juice is particularly rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene (the precursor to vitamin A). Also a natural detoxifier, it not only helps remove toxins, but also helps eliminate them from your body. Kale contains a component called isothiocyanates (ITCs), which are made from glucosinolates. They’ve been reported to help detox your body at the cellular level. These ITCs are a powerful “one-two punch” against toxins and free radicals. Toxins in our environment, such as processed foods, pollutants, pesticides and pharmaceuticals, increase the toxic level of the body and increase the chance of disease.

Removing the toxins from you body is an important job. Toxins are destroyed first by antioxidants and then removed (detoxified) with glucosinolates.

(Kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery, lime)

The ingredients found in Alkalize is named after its main benefit; which helps reduce the bodies acidity and promotes an alkaline body. Our bodies function best when maintaining a neutral pH that is slightly alkaline. When our pH is balanced, this helps our blood to effectively act as a medium of oxygen and other vital nutrients. This juice helps our kidneys promote the filtration of excess acids out of the body to avoid acid waste from building up in the body’s tissue. A high-acidic diet can lead to acidosis with symptoms listed below:
