  4. Vitamin K-ale! An important nutrient, Kale is an excellent source of vitamin K which can help reduce the effects of aging, protect against free radicals, improves dark circles under eyes, help with wound and bruise healing, and reduce inflammation.

  5. Beta-Carotene? More like Beta-Kale-o-tene!!! Kale is high in this antioxidant that the body can turn into vitamin A which helps improve vision, protect the immune system, and reproduction system. Additionally, Beta Carotene can help fight dandruff and other hair conditions, reduce the effects of sun damage, and improve skin moisture.

  6. Weight loss help? Kale can help with that too! While being low in calories, Kale is highly filling, packed with vitamins and nutrients and aids a healthy diet which can promote weight loss.

So next time you are at the grocery store, grab some kale, chop it up, and throw it in! Your body is sure to thank you.
